CURRENCY & PAYMENT GATEWAY

1. This E-Shop uses USD dollar for all transactions.

2. Pay Pal, is our authorize payment gateway & DHL, is our authorize courier gateway. Both partners are operative on Global Basis.

3. All other off-line purchases maybe transacted in SGD dollar or USD dollar.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY STATEMENT

1. This web page catalog is a guide to the purchase of fasteners only.

2. SYNERGIX does not represent that its fasteners meet government or consensual specifications unless specifically stated. SYNERGIX makes no warranty of fitness for any particular use or purpose or any other warranty, expressed or implied.

3. 12 months limited warranty, applicable to offline purchase orders, on both used & unused condition.

4. All information on this web site is subject to change without notice. ***Product images are not exact representation to actual specifications, dimensions or finishing etc***

TERMS OF SALES

1. BY PURCHASING FROM SELLER (SYNERGIX (S) PTE LTD), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

2. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us.

3. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

4. In the event of stock out, items may require, up to 2 weeks, for order fulfilment.

LIABILITY

1. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE.

2. This is appicable on both on-line & off line transaction.

3. 12 months limited warranty, applicable to offline purchase orders, on both used & unused condition.

DELIVERY

1. Local DELIVERY (PO APPLICABLE ONLY). ORDERS BELOW S$250, will be subject to self -collection basis.

2. MULTIPLE DATES WITHIN SAME MONTH, WILL BE CONSOLE & SEND ON EARLIEST DATE OF THAT AFFECTED MONTH.

3. E-Shop Purchase (Above USD$20) in SINGAPORE, no delivery charge, including Jurong Island.

4. Supplied qty may variies +/-3% (Applicable to both e-orders & regular customer’s purchase order)

-provide the right of access by company, our customer(s), and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain

-quality records retention period

-notify company of any nonconforming product and shall obtain our approval for nonconforming product disposition.

-flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements including customer requirements.

-ensure personnel involved in our order are aware of their contribution to product & service conformity, product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.

-prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved & counterfeit parts in our orders.
